1. Data we collect
Account info: name, email, optional phone number that you provide when registering a work.
Uploaded files: the original file you upload is stored on encrypted server. It is NOT public — only metadata (work title, hash, timestamp) appears on the public verify page.
Technical info: IP address, browser user-agent, referrer URL — used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- To create and maintain your registration record
- To send confirmation emails and customer support replies
- To forward your inquiry to VDD Lawyers (only when you explicitly request legal consultation)
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful court orders
3. Sharing
We do NOT sell or rent your data. We share data ONLY with:
- VDD Lawyers — when you request legal consultation. They are bound by attorney-client privilege.
- TuPhap Platform (s.tuphap.com) — internal CRM operated by the same group, for case management.
- Authorities — only under lawful court order or written request.
4. Retention
Free plan records: 12 months. Paid plan records: 10 years. Contact data: retained while account is active + 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: (a) access your data, (b) correct inaccurate data, (c) request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), (d) object to processing, (e) withdraw consent. Contact us at [email protected].
6. Security
HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest. Access to files restricted to authorized staff. SHA-256 hash recorded for tamper detection.
