1. About the service

TacPhamSo.com (operated by TuPhap Platform, with VDD Lawyers as legal partner) provides Digital Work Registration Records — cryptographic hash + timestamp + public verification ID for digital creative works.

2. Nature of the record

The Registration Record is primary digital evidence recognized under Vietnam's Law on Electronic Transactions 2023 and Civil Code 2015.

It is NOT:

  • A Copyright Registration Certificate issued by the Vietnam Copyright Office
  • An official judicial determination of ownership
  • A guarantee of winning a copyright dispute

3. Your declarations

By submitting a work, you declare under your full legal responsibility that:

  • You are the author or rightful owner of the work
  • The work does NOT infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
  • The work does NOT contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Information you provide is accurate and truthful

False declarations may result in record revocation and legal liability.

4. Our obligations

  • Process and store the registration record per the chosen plan
  • Maintain the integrity of hash + timestamp data
  • Provide public verification page
  • Respond to support inquiries

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacPhamSo.com is NOT liable for:

  • Inability to win a copyright dispute
  • Third parties violating your rights
  • Loss of access due to your forgotten code or contact info
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Total liability shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific record.

6. Refund policy

Free plan: no refund applicable. Paid plans: refund available within 24 hours of payment IF the registration record has not yet been issued. After issuance, no refund.

7. Dispute resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
